KL Wear-resisting slag valve

Ⅰ、Usage
The valve is the new product improved on the base of the old reversal valve and user operation process demands and our production practice. It is used to transport or change the direction of the material such as ore, block coal, coke, ash residue, steel slag and other block or powder material. The valve is widely applied in building material, metallurgy, mining, carbon coal and electric power industries etc and it is the ideal antifriction switching equipment of transportation system.

Ⅱ、Structure characteristic:
The lining of the valve is the special palisade, which makes the material pile up in the palisade. The falling material will bump the palisade and piled material not the body and plate. It can be controlled in local or remotely equipped with different kinds of pushers, having the features of quick switching, no pollution, flexible operation, long life and definite indication switch etc.
D denotes electric draw stem type, Q denotes pneumatic draw stem and Y denotes electric hydraulic draw stem; type Ⅰ is the side three-way wear-resisting slag valve and type Ⅱ is the face three-way wear-resisting slag valve.

Ⅳ、Working principle:
The valve is mainly made up of body, separating material plate, transmission shaft, sealing pairs, rocker and transmission device etc. Material gets into the feed inlet and then falls into the lining palisade and form a protection body. The continual material will form a pile angle on the separating material plate and then move to the next process.
The draw stem pulls rocker and drives the valve axle and separating plate move when changing the direction. The plate adopts special structure. The material is cut off and piled up in order to prevent plate from blocking or obstructing. With the piling angle’s changing with the moving of plate,the falling material will form a anti-direction piling angle on the plate and transport the material in one direction after changing direction is done.
The electric valve is equipped with type DT electric push rod. The push rod is powered when the control parts receive demands and pulls the rocker rotating with valve axle to drive plate and then switches the medium flow direction. The falling material will repeat the discharging procedure. The electric hydraulic valve is equipped with type DYT electric hydraulic push rod.
The stem is powered and pulls the rocker to drive the plate and switches the medium. The pneumatic valve is equipped with type 10A-5 pneumatic push rod. The double-control two-bite five-way electric control reversal valve drives the push rod to pull the rocker and plate, and then switch the medium direction to meet the working condition.
