TH Cylinder reversal valve

Ⅰ、Usage
    The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, oil chemical and electric power industries. It can bear the scour of the block, granular and powder material such as ore, cinder, clod coal, coke, and ash residue etc. It can change the direction when material passes.

Ⅱ、The structure characteristics 
    The structure of the valve is sealed in sleeve cylinder rotating alternating direction structure, which can separate the material and body. It has the features of fine and science structure, definite indicating direction, quick and reliable in alternate direction and there are no conditions of leakage, obstruction and piling. It can meet different working conditions demand equipped with different transmission devices, which is the ideal equipment to change direction of material in transportation system.
    S denotes manual, D denotes electric, Q denotes pneumatic and Y denotes electric hydraulic; type Ⅰ is side three-way cylinder reversal valve and type Ⅱ is face three-way cylinder reversal valve.

Ⅳ、Working principle:
    The valve is mainly made up of body, sleeve pipe, transmission shaft, rocker and transmission device etc. Material gets into the feeding inlet and reaches the indicated outlet after guarded by sleeve cylinder.
Pull the handle of manual valve that drives the transmission shaft and sleeve pipe changing direction and then the medium flow direction is switched to meet the working conditions. The electric valve is equipped with type DT electric push rod. When the push rod is powered, it will pull rocker to rotate valve axle and the medium flow direction is switched. The electric hydraulic valve is equipped with type DYT electric hydraulic push rod. When the stem is powered, it will drive valve axle and sleeve pipe switching and the medium flow direction is switched. The pneumatic valve is equipped with type 10A-5 pneumatic push rod. The double-control two-bite five-way electric control reversal valve drives the pneumatic draw stem and pulls rocker move with valve axle and sleeve pipe and the medium flow direction is switched. There is signal feedback of all alternating direction point of contact, which can indicate the working position.
