SFP---6 transportation by-pass valve


The valve is the important equipment in transportation system to exchanging pipe. Its function is to transport material and change the flow direction. It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, oil, electric power, light industry and pharmacy industries etc.

Structure characteristic:

The exchange structure inside the valve is rotary stuff. The valve is reliable in seal, handy to exchange, suitable to transport or exchange the medium of grain, powder and liquid. The forms of stuff are board, cylinder and ball type. It ensures the little resistance of flow and meets the demands of different material. The transport channel is very smooth. The perfect driving device enhances the automatization level and ensures the reliability of operation.

 Type A is side three-way, type B is face three-way.
 W denotes worm gear manual adjusting type, Z denotes automatically adjusting type, D denotes electric switch type and Q denotes switch or adjusting type.
 Driving device code selected by user means the type and factory chosen by user.

Working principle:
The valve is mainly made up of hull, rotary stuff, upper and lower end covers etc. The driving device rotates the rotary stuff to seal one intake and open the other intake. If the driving device rotates the stuff in the reverse direction, it can change the direction and seal.
Type ZSFP adopts DKJ direct connection electric actuator, which drives the stuff exchange and change the flow direction. It feeds back 4~20mA current signal and indicates the open angle of stuff at the same time. Type DSFP adopts series Q electric device, which drives the stuff exchange and change the flow direction, and feeds back the switch signal and indicates the open angle of stuff. Type QSFP adopts series Q pneumatic device, which drives the stuff exchange and change the flow direction. The magnetism switch indicates and control the direction changing of cylinder or feeds back 4~20mA current signal.  

Usage explanation:

    The valve should not be used to hang up and avoid being damaged.
     The valve must be opened and closed by hand for a week before installed. The electric part should be adjusted according to the demand of user working system. If there is no mistake the valve can be installed in full closed.
     Pay attention to the flow direction, which is marked on body when install the valve. The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.
     The joint type of this valve is flanges jointing. There is seal slice between the flanges. Then screw down bolt.
     First adjust manual in the adjusting period, then adjust electric driving part after no mistake.
     Synthetic examination after adjusting: turn on the power, when the valve reaches the reversal position, control part should cut down the power exactly and torque limit part is in the critical state. Opening position indicating part should show the reversal state of valve exactly. Power should be cut down when transform the manual and electric part.

Transportation and protection:

     Avoid bumping of the valve, transmission device and transmission parts in order to avoid damage of the valve.
     Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission devices and parts.
     The valve should be stored in dry room. It should not be stored in the open air or piled up. Add lubrication to the transmission part when it is stored for a long time.

      Match driving device in the sample is the basic collocation of our company. If you have especial demand (anti-explosion, outdoors, adjusting type and switch type etc), please refer to the explanation of corresponding actuator code in the sample appendix and indicate it below the basic model.
      If you don’t indicate actuator code selected by user when you place an order, we will select the basic collocation of our company for you. The basic type is a normal type without any special request and corresponding accessory.
      If you have other special demand, need special medium or the spec that is not listed in the table, please contact with our department of market and technology. We can design and manufacture for you especially.
